Guitars for charity
Domino project (2019)
The Domino guitar is a guitar named after the song Domino by the Belgian band Clouseau.
The guitar was built within the Simon Rees Art project by Simon and Tony. The guitar case was painted by the Belgian Painter Kwartsman
The guitar was displayed in the central hall of the AZ St Lucas Hospital in Gent, where Simon and Kwartsman both work.
The guitar and its painted case were raffled for 2 good causes “Te Gek” and “Make A Wish”.
This lottery raised almost 10.000 euro for those noble charity organizations.
Several artists supported the project and played the guitar.
Highlight was the ending night with Bart Peeters, Clouseau and Guy Swinnen.
